【Abstract】 In order to open out the genetic essence of standard Ophiopogon japonicus in Mianyang,the karyotype of two kinds of them were compard.The method of low osmosis was adapted to eliminate cell walls of O.japonicus’s root point.The results show that it was better to get karyotype of O.japonicus selecting the root point at 9∶00～9∶00 and using 25% mixed solution of pectinase and cellulase to digest cell walls for 5h.The chromosome numbers of erective and creepy O.japonicus in Mianyang were 2n=68 and its cardinal number of chromosome was x=17.The relative length of chromosomes of the two O.japonicus was 3.35 and 3.08,respectively.更多还原
