用铝酸钙粉制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的研究
Study on Preparing Polymeric Aluminum Ferric Chloride by Using Calcium Aluminate
【摘要】 以一种新的原料———铝酸钙和盐酸反应制备聚合氯化铝铁 ,找出了最佳制备条件 ,并对其性能进行了考察 .结果表明 ,碱基度、pH值对PAFC的絮凝性能有较大影响 .当碱基度为75 %左右 ,水样的pH值为 7~ 9时 ,该产品的絮凝性能最佳 .
【Abstract】 A new raw material--calcium aluminate was used to prepare the polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC).The optimum preparing factors were determined and the effect of the flocculant was studied with jar test. The experimental results show that the flocculent effect of PAFC may be affected by the basicity and the value of pH. PAFC has a best flocculent effect at the basicity of about 75% and the value of pH 7~9.
