【Abstract】 The newly revised College English Syllabus has made it clear that ESP instruction is an important stage in College English teaching. Nevertheless, ESP instruction, as has been dwelled on sharply by experts and scholars, not only has received inadequate attention but has also yielded unsatisfactory results. Much remains to be improved on. This paper, based on some new findings in our rapidly developed society, attempts an analysis of the necessity for and the priorities of a reform in ESP instruction.更多还原
