烟气中的凝结水对SO2浓度测量的影响
Influence of Steam Condensation on Measurement of SO2 in Flue Gas
【摘要】 用SOA 306型红外气体分析仪测量了两种不同SO2浓度的标准气通过一定水容积后SO2浓度及响应时间的变化,讨论了实际烟气中水蒸汽的凝结对浓度测量精度的影响。结果表明,烟气通过一定水体积后,SO2浓度明显降低,响应时间大大延长;实际烟气中的水蒸汽凝结对SO2浓度测量的影响不容忽视,当SO2浓度较低时影响更为严重。只有严格对样气进行脱水预处理,保证采样管路上不发生水蒸汽凝结,才能获得可靠数据。
【Abstract】 The change of concentration of SO2 of flue gas was investigated after passing some volume of water. And the influence on the measurement of SO2 concentration of steam in flue gas was discussed. The results indicated that there was great influence on SO2 concentration measurement brought on the condensation of steam in flue gas, especially on flue gas of lower SO2 concentration. It is necessary to pretreat the sample gas strictly and avoid condensation of steam at sampling point. The data was reliable and accurate only after the sample gas was dehydrated by means of physical or chemical methods.
