【Abstract】 This paper introduces characteriza tion and application of Natamycin -a polyene macrolide antirnycotics pr oduced by some strains of Streptomyces.Characteristic aspects include physical and chemical properties,ant imicrobial activity,active mech-anism and safety.Applicative aspects include its use as antirnycotic ag ent on cheese,drink,food,forage an d some kinds of foods,and its use as medicine.更多还原
