【摘要】 简述了双歧杆菌的特性、双歧制品种类、保健功效及双歧杆菌微生态调节剂在近年来的发展,重点论述了近几年双歧杆菌检测和鉴定技术发展;采用分子生物学方法对双歧杆菌进行鉴定,该方法将成为快速、可靠的鉴定方法;指出基本生理生化反应,鉴别培养基,选择结合分子生物学方法可对双歧杆菌进行属、种、株水平鉴定,为尽快制定双歧制品检测国标及双歧制品产业发展提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Specialities of Bifidobecteria,kinds of Bifidobacteria,healthy mechanism and recent years development of microlecological preparation were simply studied.The developments of the detection and identification on Bifidobacteria in recent years were mainly summed up.Using molecular biological methods (PCR、RAPD、DNA hybridization etc) to identify Bifdobacteria will become rapid and reliable identification methods,pointing out basic physiological and physichemical reaction,suitable identification medium combined with molecular biological methods will identify on Bifidobacteria genus,species and strains.In the meantime,providing relible basis to make national standard and industry development of bifidobacteria products.更多还原
