贝壳为燃煤固硫剂的固硫特性分析

【摘要】 对贝壳作为燃煤固硫剂的固硫机理和高效固硫特性进行了分析 ,并在模拟烟气条件下做了固硫特性试验 ,得出了固硫剂的粒度、升温速率、反应温度、反应时间、SO2 浓度等因素对固硫效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,贝壳作为高效燃煤固硫剂具有实用价值

【Abstract】 The sulfur retention mechanism and highly efficient sulfur retention characteristics of shell is analyzed when the latter serves as a sulfur retention sorbent during coal combustion. Tests of sulfur retention characteristics were conducted under simulated flue gas conditions. The influence on sulfur retention effectiveness was identified of such factors as sulfur retention sorbent particle size, temperature rise speed, reaction temperature and SO 2 concentration. The results of the tests indicate that the shell as a highly effective sulfur retention sorbent during coal combustion is suited for practical use.
