多管型套管式换热器传热与流阻性能试验研究

【摘要】 多管型套管式换热器是在大尺寸外管的内部布置多根内管所构成的换热设备 ,与单根内管的套管式换热器相比 ,流量大幅增加 ,选用螺纹内管和管间折流板可以强化传热。对于多管型套管式换热器的传热性能试验 ,采用修正威尔逊法进行试验计算 ,得出了两种多管型套管式换热器的传热与流动阻力性能试验结果。

【Abstract】 A multi tube type of double tube heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchange unit in which several inner tubes are arranged inside a large sized outer tube. Compared with a double tube heat exchanger featuring a single piece of inner tube the multi tube type of double tube heat exchanger can bring about a considerable increase in flow rate. The use of threaded inner tubes and inter tube baffle plates can contribute to an intensified heat transfer. With respect to the multi tube type of double tube heat exchanger a test and calculation is conducted of its heat transfer performance with the help of a revised Wilson method. Test results were obtained concerning the heat transfer and flow resistance of two kinds of multi tube type of double tube exchangers.double tubeheatexchange
