煤气化过程中生成氮化物的研究
RELEASE OF NITROGENOUS SPECIES DURING COAL GASIFICATION
【摘要】 对煤中N在气化条件下的转化进行了研究 ,详细考察了在CO2 和水蒸气气氛中转化生成HCN和NH3 的过程 ,并对热解和气化条件下煤中N转化规律的差别进行了讨论。实验结果表明 :在气化条件下煤中N转化为HCN和NH3 的量随温度的升高而增大 ,在水蒸气气氛下HCN和NH3 的生成量明显大于热解条件的实验结果。在本实验条件下半焦中N含量的 15 %~ 2 0 %可以转化为NH3 ,水蒸气气氛条件下NH3 生成量的提高主要来源于半焦的气化反应过程。
【Abstract】 The formation of HCN and NH 3 from the coal gasification has been studied in a tubular quartz reactor from 600?℃ to 900?℃. CO 2 and H 2O were used as the gasifying agents in this work. The results show that the yields of HCN and NH 3 from the coal gasification increased with increasing temperature. Compared with similar pyrolysis experiments, the HCN and NH 3 yield increased tremendously in steam. Under the current experimental conditions, about 15%~20% of char-N was converted to NH 3 after holding about 50?min. The increase in the yield of NH 3 during the gasification in H 2O took place mainly during the char gasification period. This is clearly a result of the hydrogen-bond donating between char and H 2O.
