气体静压小孔节流与多孔质节流性能的比较
Performance Comparison of Orifice Restricted and Porous Gas Hydrostatic Bearings
【摘要】 本文给出了传统的小孔节流和多孔质节流轴承的理论分析 ,分析了外部供压气体轴承的进气形式对轴承性能的影响。对于不同类型的小孔节流和多孔质节流的轴承 ,本文给出了实验结果 ,并对轴承的性能参数即承载能力、刚度等进行了比较。作者分析了小孔节流和多孔质节流止推轴承的承载能力和刚度 ,结果表明多孔质止推轴承同小孔节流轴承相比 ,具有高的承载能力
【Abstract】 This paper presents the theoretical analysis of conventional orifice restricted bearings and porous bearings, and analyzes the influence of feeding system type on the performance of externally pressurized gas bearings Experimentally it compares their bearing performances regarding load capacity and stiffness Results show that the porous thrust bearings has high load capacity compared with orifice bearings
