六氢苯二甲酸酐的制备
<title>PREPARATION OF HEXAHYDROPHTHALIC ANHYDRIDE
【摘要】 进行了四氢苯酐催化加氢制备六氢苯酐的合成工艺研究,分别对温度、压力、催化剂等因素对加氢反应的影响进行了研究,确定了最佳反应条件。与传统的镍系催化剂相比较,采用溶剂法工艺、使用国内首创的钯系复合型催化剂合成六氢苯二甲酸,具有催化效率高,反应时间短,反应温度低,六氢苯二甲酸酐选择性100%,所得产品质量稳定等优点,其产品质量达到国外类似产品的水平。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The preparation of the title compound,hexahydrophthalic anhydride,via hydrogenation of tetrahydrophthalic anhydride had been presented in this article.The hydrogenation affecting factors,such as temperature,pressure and catalyst,had been discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were determined.Compared with traditional nickel catalyst,using palladium complex catalyst,displayed many advantages,for example,the catalytic coefficientof performance (CCOP)was higher,reaction time was shorter,reaction temperature was lower,and selectivity for hexahydrophthalic anhydride was 100%.The quality of product prepared in laboratory reached the level of same product abroad.
