纤维增强环氧树脂发泡浮子的研究
A STUDY ON FIBER-REINFORCED EPOXY FOAM FLOATER
【摘要】 研究了纤维增强环氧发泡材料用于轿车刹车油液面指示用浮子。对影响环氧发泡浮子性能的因素进行了分析。结果表明采用该材料作浮子具有轻质、高强的特点 ,浮子密度、强度、吸油率均达到要求。通过计算机模拟 ,结合实验数据 ,可估算环氧树脂发泡、固化中的一些参数 ,有助于纤维增强环氧发泡浮子制备工艺条件的确定
【Abstract】 In this paper, fiber-reinforced epoxy foam composite used as floater for indicating height of oil level in automobile braking system was investigated. The factors that affect the properties of foam floater were discussed in details. The result showed that fiber-reinforced epoxy foam composite was of low density and high strength and could be used as the floater. The density, strength and oil absorption of the floater fulfiled quality requirement. By computer simulation, some parameters of epoxy curing process were estimated that were very helpful for determination the technological conditions of preparing epoxy foam floater.
