有机-无机杂化材料制备光通信电光调制器的应用前景
Organically Modified Inorganic Sol-gel Materials for Applications of Optical Telecommunication
【摘要】 随着光纤通信技术的迅速发展 ,市场对光纤通信光路中电光调制器件的需求量越来越大 ,研制适用于制作这些器件的新材料也就成为当前的研究热点。一种新型材料—溶胶凝胶法合成的有机 无机杂化材料 ,综合了有机聚合薄膜和无机晶体的优点 ,在加工制作微型电光调制器件领域有很好的应用前景。本文综述了国内外在这方面的研究进展 ,并对其应用前景作了一些展望
【Abstract】 Because the development and spread of optical telecommunication is so fast,the opto electronic devices used in optical circuit have great market demand.Finding suitable material for it becomes a hot point. Organically modified inorganic sol gel materials gain both the merits of organic polymer film and inorganic crystal,and show attracting prospect for the applications.In this article,the author reviewed the most recently progress in this field and put forward some key problems about future directions.
