人造金刚石金属包膜研究进展
Progress in the Metallic Film Surrounding Synthetic Diamond
【摘要】 对高温高压下合成金刚石形成的金属包膜的深入研究具有重要意义 ,有可能是揭示金刚石合成机理的关键问题之一。本文从成分、结构、形貌和作用等方面阐述了人造金刚石金属包膜的研究现状以及利用固体与分子经验电子理论 (EET)和改进的Thomas Fermi Dirac理论 (TFD)研究金属包膜界面问题的进展 ,在此基础上提出了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 The metallic film surrounding diamond plays a very important role during the course of diamond formation at high temperature and high pressure (HPHT).Study on the film may be one of key problems,which indicate the mechanism concerning diamond formation.So its composition,microstructure,function and investigation on diamond formation on the basis of Yu′s(Empirical Electron Theory of Solids and Molecules) and Cheng′s (improved Thomas Fermi Dirac) are discussed respectively in this paper,and the directions for the future on the film are put forward too.
