【摘要】 【目的】观察健脾活血中药对肝癌介入治疗后引起肝储备功能损害的影响。【方法】将 70例中晚期肝癌患者分成治疗组 (N =35 )和对照组 (N =35 ) ,两组在介入治疗后均予西药常规护肝治疗及对症处理 ,治疗组在介入治疗前、后服用健脾活血为主的中药。两组分别在第一次治疗前和第二次介入治疗后 1个月各检查吲哚靛青绿 15min潴留率 (简称ICGR15)。【结果】治疗组第一次治疗前ICGR15为 (11 2 0± 7 4 0 ) % ,第二次治疗后 1个月ICGR15为 (11 6 3± 5 5 0 ) % ,治疗前后比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;对照组第一次治疗ICGR15为 (11 72± 7 19) % ,第二次治疗后 1个月ICGR15为 (19 6 2± 11 15 ) % ,治疗前后比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。第一次治疗前两组ICGR15比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;第二次治疗后 1个月两组ICGR15比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。【结论】健脾活血中药在肝癌介入治疗后肝储备功能损害中有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of spleen invigorating and blood activating herbal medicines (SIBAHM) on intervention therapy induced damage of hepatic reserve function of patients with liver cancer.Seventy cases of intermediate or late liver cancer were randomly allocated to Group A (n=35) and Group B (n=35). The two groups were both given routine liver protective therapy and symptomatic treatment after intervention therapy(IT), and Group A was additionally medicated with SIBAHM before and after IT. Indocyanine green retention rate in 15 minutes (ICGR15) was detected before the first IT and after the second IT.Before the first IT, ICGR15 was (11 20±7 40)% and (11 72±7 19)% in Group A and Group B respectively (P>0 05) and was (11 63±5 50)% and (19 62±11 50)% one month after the second IT (P<0 05). ICGR15 one month after the second IT in Group B differed from that in Group A and that before the first IT (P<0 05).[Conclusion]SIBAHM have a certain effect in lessening the damage of hepatic reserve function induced by IT in liver cancer patients.更多还原
