【摘要】 [目的]探讨功能健脾疏肝、软坚化痰的甲肿方治疗良性非毒性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。[方法]选择良性非毒性甲状腺肿患者分为观察组(28例)和对照组(16例),分别给予甲肿方和左旋甲状腺素片(L-T4)治疗,疗程2～6个月。[结果]观察组痊愈12例(42.86％)、显效9例(32.14％)、有效4例(14.28％),对照组痊愈5例(31.25％)、显效3例(18.75％)、有效2例(12.50％),两组比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组总有效率89.29％,对照组62.50％,两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]甲肿方是治疗良性非毒性甲状腺肿的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assess the therapeutic effects of Jiazhongfang on benign nontoxic goiter. [Methods] Forty cases of benign nontoxic goiter were allocated to treatment group (Group A, n = 28) and control group (Group B, n = 16). Group A and Group B were treated with Jiazhongfang and L-thyroxin (L-T4) for 2 - 6 months respectively. [Results] In Group A, 12 (42.86 %) were cured, 9 (32.14%)remarkably effective and 4 (14.28%)effective, and 5 (31.25%), 3 (18.75%)and 2 (12.50%) in Group B respectively. The differences between the two groups were not significant (P > 0.05 ). The total effective rate was 89.29 % and 62.50 % in Group A and Group B respectively, the differences being significant ( P < 0.05 ) . [Conclusion] Jiazhongfang is an effective prescription in treating benign non-toxic goiter.更多还原
