【摘要】 目的:观察陈夏六君子丸治疗抗精神病药流涎副作用的疗效。方法:将110例因使用抗精神病药致流涎的患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例,口服陈夏六君子丸;对照组54例,使用安坦或非那根治疗。用记分法评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈38例,显效11例,好转6例,无效1例,总有效率98.21%;对照组痊愈34例,显效12例,好转3例,无效5例,总有效率90.74%;2组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(χ2=2.98,P>0.05)。结论:陈夏六君子丸对抗精神病药所致流涎疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chenxia Liujunzi Wan (CLW) for neuroleptic salivation.Methods:110 cases with neuroleptic salivation were allocated to two groups randomly,treatment group (56 cases) were given CLW for oral use and control group (54 cases) by artane or phenergan.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by scording of symptoms.Results:In treatment group,38 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,6 cases improved and 1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate being 98.21%;in control group,34 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective,3 cases improved and 5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate being 90.74%.The difference between two groups was not significant (χ2=2.98,P > 0.05).Conclusion:CLW possesses a good therapeutic effect for neuroleptic salivation.更多还原
