中医治疗骨质疏松症的原则及骨康方的应用
The Therapeutical Principle for Osteoporosis and the Application of Gukang Fang
【摘要】 在研究骨质疏松症的病因病机基础上,提出“补肾壮骨、健脾益气、活血通络”为骨质疏松症的治疗原则,据此治疗原则拟定中药骨康方,通过临床观察和动物实验,对骨康方的疗效及药效进行分析,证实“补肾壮骨、健脾益气、活血通络”这一骨质疏松症治疗原则是正确的。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of eiology and pathogenesis of osteroporosis(OP),the authors put forward the therapeutical principle of “kidney-invigorating,bone-strengthening,spleen-replenishing,qi-benefiting,blood-circulation-activating and collateral-dredging”for the treatment of OP and the Gukang Fang was formulated accordingly.The curative effect was evaluated by clinical observation and animal experiment.It is verified that these principles are justifiable.
