【摘要】 目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:在一般治疗的基础上,全部病例均用血府逐瘀汤（由红花、桃仁、当归、赤芍、生地黄、川芎、柴胡、枳壳、桔梗、怀牛膝、甘草等组成）加减。每天1剂,水煎分2次服。4周为1疗程,治疗2疗程后评定疗效。结果:60例经治疗后,显效22例,有效27例,无效11例,总有效率为81％。而中医分型中以肝肾气阴两虚致瘀型疗效最好,总有效率为87％。结论:治疗糖尿病肾病必须着重活血化瘀,用血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病可获得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To observe the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang(XZT) for diabetic nephrosis(DN). Methods: In addition to routine treatment, 60 cases were treated by Jiawei XZT( composed by Flos Carthama, Semen Persicae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Bupleuri, Fructus Aurantii, Radix Platycodi, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc. ), one dose daily, decocted with water and divided to 2 parts for oral use individually. Four weeks constituted a course of treatment and the curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results: After treatment, 22 cases were markedly effective, 27 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 81% . A best curative effect was obtained in cases attributed to blood - stasis type caused by deficiency of liver - qi and kidney - qi, the total effective rate being87% . Conclusion: Treatment of DN should be put stress on the principle of blood - activating and blood - stasis expelling, so that a satisfactory result is obtained by ap-plication of XZT.更多还原
