【摘要】 目的:观察四君子汤加味治疗正虚邪恋,肺脾气虚型支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:对30例支原体肺炎患儿应用四君子汤加味治疗（治疗组）,并与罗红霉素对照组进行疗效比较,观察2组疗效及副作用。结果:治疗组症状体征明显改善,治愈率63.33％,与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义（P<0.01）;总有效率为100％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。副作用观察,治疗组无不良反应,对照组较多出现胃肠反应。结论:四君子汤加味治疗正虚邪恋,肺脾气虚型支原体肺炎,疗效确切,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi Tang(ST) for mycoplasmal pneumonia (MP) . Methods: 30 children with MP were treated by ST Jiawei with roxithromycin as control. The curative effect and side effect were compared between two groups. Results: In treatment group(treated by ST), the symptoms and signs were markedly improved, the cure rate was 63. 33% ( P < 0. 01 as compraed with control group), and the total effective rate was 100% ( P < 0. 05 as compared with control group). No side effect was observed in treatment group, and gastrointestinal reaction was seen in control group. Conclusion: ST Jiawei possesses definite curative effect for MP with less side effect.更多还原
