【摘要】 目的：观察五味消毒饮加味治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选取６８例脂肪肝患者，随机分为２组，分别用五味消毒饮加味（治疗组）和舒降之（对照组）治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为９２．１% ，明显高于对照组（７３．３％），Ｐ＜０．０１；治疗组与对照组治疗后总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）较治疗前显著降低，治疗组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）较治疗前显著升高（均 Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗后治疗组T Ｃ、T Ｃ低于对照组，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ高于对照组（均Ｐ＜０．０５）。并且，五味消毒饮加味能明显改善脂肪肝患者的主要临床症状。结论：热毒湿浊是脂肪肝形成的主要病机，五味消毒饮加味可用于治疗脂肪肝，并有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Wuweixi- aodu Yin Jiawei (WYJ) for fatty liver. Methods: 68 cases of fatty liv- er were allocated to two group randomly and were treated by WYJ or zocor individually. Results: The total effective rate of WYJ group was 92. 1% and was markedly higher than that of zocor group ( P < 0. 01). The levels of TC and TG were markedly decreased in both groups after treatment( P < 0. 01) . The level of HDL -C in WYJ group was markedly increase after treatment ( P < 0. 01) . After treatment, the levels of TC, TG in WYJ group were decreased than that of zocor group ( P < 0. 05). While the level of HDL -C was in- creased (P < 0. 05). In addition, WYJ can markedly alleviate the chief symptoms of fatty liver. Conclusion: Heat -toxin and damp are the main pathogenesis of fatty liver, and WYJ is an effective remedy for fatty liver.更多还原
