【摘要】 目的　探索梅州市并殖吸虫第二中间宿主华溪蟹种类及其并殖吸虫感染情况。方法　检视收藏的华溪蟹标本及到自然疫源地捕捉华溪蟹鉴定 ,然后剖检并殖吸虫囊蚴。结果　梅州市并殖吸虫第二中间宿主均为平和华溪蟹。检查平远县仁居镇木溪村平和华溪蟹发现携有卫氏并殖、三平正并殖、泡囊狸殖三种囊蚴 ,感染率分别为 2 6 4 % (114 /432 )、4 7 0 % (2 0 3/432 )、4 4 % (19/432 )。结论　以前报道的梅州市并殖吸虫第二中间宿主非福建华溪蟹而是平和华溪蟹 ,后者为梅州市并殖吸虫的主要第二中间宿主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate species ofSinopotamon as the second host forParagonimus and examined their infection rates of metacercariae of Paragonimus. Methods Examination of the preservedSinopotamons specimens and the specimens collected from the endemic areas. Specimens were also examined for the present of metacercariae ofParagonimus.Results The second intermediate host for Paragonimus is Sinopotamon pinheense Cheng et Li, 1998.Sinopotamon pinheense from Pingyuan County was found to be infected with metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani, Euparagonimus cenocopiosus or Pagumogonimus veocularis with infection rates of 26 4%(114/432), 47 0% (203/432) and 4 4% (19/432), respectively.Conclusion Sinopotamon pinheense is the main second host for Paragonimus in Guangdong Province, Meizhou.
