【摘要】 目的　探讨孕妇TORCH对妊娠结局的影响。方法　用ELISA方法对 5 0 18例不同孕周的孕妇进行TORCHIgM抗体检测 ,并对IgM阳性的孕妇的妊娠结局进行分析。 结果　 5 0 18例中有 189例TORCH IgM(+) ,TORCH感染孕妇流产、死胎、胎儿畸形、新生儿黄疸发生率分别为 35 12 %、6 6 7%、8%、2 7 0 5 %。结论　孕妇TORCH感染严重影响妊娠结局更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of TORCH infection during pregnancy on the outcome of the fetus.Method We tested 5018 pregnant women at different gestational stages for anti-TORCH IgM by ELISA and analyzed the outcomes of fetus from the pregnant women showed positive in the test.Results Among the 5018 cases, 189 showed ant-TORCH IgM-positive results. In these sero-positive cases, the incidence rates of abortion, dead fetus, fetal malformation, and newborn pathological jaundice were 35.12%, 6.67%, 8% and 27.05%, respectively. Conclusion TORCH infection during pregnancy impaired the outcome of fetus severely.更多还原
