【摘要】 目的　分析海南省 1991～ 2 0 0 1年HIV/AIDS流行现状、特征及影响因素 ,寻找控制措施。方法　分析全省的重点人群HIV血清学监测资料 ,流行病学调查资料及艾滋病病人临床资料。结果　 1991年发现首例HIV抗体阳性 ,至 2 0 0 1年底累计检出HIV抗体阳性 48例 ,检出率为 1.82 /万。其中艾滋病病人 9例 ,死亡 7例。海南省HIV/AIDS病例主要分布在海口、文昌、琼海和儋州等经济较发达的沿海地区 ,以境外性接触感染为主 ,并向境内蔓延扩散 ,经异性性接触感染是海南省HIV抗体阳性者的主要感染途径。结论　海南省艾滋病将主要在性乱人群及吸毒人群中流行。应尽快开展高危人群行为干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS prevalent situation,prevalent features and influence factors in 1991～2001 in Hainan Province to search for control measures.Methods HIV serology surveillance data of high risk crowds,epidemiology survey data and clinic data of AIDS patients was analyzed.Results The first case of HIV antibody positive was found in 1991.Until the end of 2001,48 cases of HIV antibody positive were tested out.The testing positive rate was 1.82/10000.9 cases were AIDS patients and 7 of them had died.HIV/AIDS cases distributed mainly in economic developed coastal areas,such as Haikou,Wehchang,Qionghai and Danzhou city.Abroad sexual contact was main infection way and was spreading toward inside boundary.The heterosdxual behavior was the major infection way of HIV antibody positive cases in Hainan province.Conclusion AIDS will be prevalent among multi-sex partners crowds and drug addict.Behavior intervention toward high risk crowds should be developed as soon as possible.更多还原
