【摘要】 目的 评估2000年海南省碘盐普及状况,分析海南省碘盐监测工作中存在的问题。 方法 按照CB5461-2000《中华人民共和国国家标准》技术操作规范和检验程序进行,并对2000年实施《海南省碘缺乏病防治工作碘盐监测方案》资料进行分析。结果 2000年海南省碘盐加工与批发企业样品合格率为88.1％,碘盐零售单位样品合格率为95.8％,居民用户碘盐样品合格率为89.5％。结论 与1999年相比,2000年海南省碘盐加工与批发企业样品合格率有所下降、零售单位样品合格率略有上升,居民用户碘盐样品合格率相同,监测样品数量减少,监测质量下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of popularization of iodinized salt in Hainan Province and analyze the problems existing in the monitoring work. Methods Samples of iodinized salt were selected and analyzed based on the standard and technical criterion of CB5461 - 2000 enacted by Central Government. Results Qualified rates of iodinized salt at the household level was 89.5%. Conclusion In comparison with the results of 1999 the qualified rate of iodinized salt in 2000 remained unchanged and the quality increased in the distribution shops,but the quantity monitored decreased. Thus the work of monitoring of iodinized salt in this province be strengthened.更多还原
