【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of characteristics of rainfall in Zhanjiang, it is considered that to make use of the abundant unusable rainfall flowing into the sea in rain seasons is an effective way to solve the drought problem in the region. According to the actual situations in science, technique and economy of Zhanjiang, some viable measures in agricultural practice are proposed: 1) to maintain and improve the existing water conservancy projects, taking advantage of their potential; 2) to increase the capacity of the reservoirs in Zhanjiang; 3) to research and develop new techniques in rainfall usage, which are suitable for the local conditions; 4) to enhance the water conservation capacity of the soil.更多还原
