【摘要】 本文借助于金相显微镜 ,X—射线衍射仪和硬度计研究了W对铁基堆焊层回火稳定性的影响。结果表明 :W能提高堆焊层回火稳定性 ,W的质量分数为 6 %的堆焊层经6 0 0℃回火时 ,其硬度为 5 7HRC更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Tungsten on temper resistance of iron-based hardfacing Metal has been studied by means of optical Micrograph,x-ray diffractometer and hardness instrument.The results show that W can improve upon temper resistance of hardfacing metal.When W content of hardfacing Metal is 6% and temper temperature is at 600℃,The hardness of the hardfacing Metal is 57HRC.更多还原
