【摘要】 本文研究了四种高岭土对玻璃钢的性能影响。研究结果表明 ,加入高岭土后 ,玻璃钢的强度或多或少都有降低 ;改性 314 - 2高岭土加量 2 8 8%时 ,能赋予树脂体系触变性 ,可用于代替气相SiO2 ;高岭土 930 - 3能使玻璃钢的马丁耐热温度提高到 2 30℃以上。改性 314 - 2和改性 930 - 3高岭土可以在FRP中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect of 4 gaolins on FRP properties.The results indicate that FRP strength is somewhat lowered with gaolin,when gaolin 314-2 content is 28.8%,the resin system is thixotropic and can be used replace fumed SiO 2,gaolin 930-3 can increase Marten’s temperature of FRP over 230℃,the application of these two gaolins can be popularized for FRP.更多还原
