【摘要】 目的 探讨肝包虫囊肿术中过敏性休克的预防、诊断、处理。方法 回顾性分析肝包虫囊肿内囊摘除643例,发生术中过敏性休克17例。结果 术前未给予抗过敏药者476例,发生术中过敏性休克14例发生率2.94％,死亡率0.63％;术前给予抗过敏药者158例,发生术中过敏性休克3例,发生率1.90％,无死亡。结论 肝包虫囊肿单纯内囊摘除术病人,术前使用抗过敏药物可时明显降低术中过敏性休克的发生率和死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate how to prevent,diagnosis and treatment the allergic shock in echinococcotomy of liver . Methods There are 634 cases with echinococcototmy of liver and 17 cases with allergic shock in echinococcototmy were analyzed retrosdpectively . Results There are 476 cases had not used an-tianaphylaxis drug before operation, 14 cases had happended allergic shock ,the rate is 2.94% ,3 case were died, the rate is 0.63% . There are 158 cases had used antianaphylaxis drug before operation,3cases had happened allergic shock ,the rate is 1. 90% ,none is died. Conclusions The used of antianaphylaxis drag before operation conld reduce the rate of allergic shock and death in echinococcotomy obviously.更多还原
