【摘要】 目的 了解服用利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者的脑电图变化。方法 对单一使用利培酮、氯丙嗪、氟氮平治疗的分裂症患者在服药前后行脑电图检查,并进行对照分析,同时用简明精神病症状评定量表(BPRS)评分,观察其减分率与脑电图关系。结果 利培酮、氯丙嗪、氯氮平致脑电图的异常率分别为36％、56％、80％。脑电图改变与药物剂量及疗效经x~2检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。利培酮组的脑电图为轻度异常改变,α波漫化,散在性θ波增多。结论 利培酮的脑电图改变较氯丙嗪、氯氮平少,利培酮是一种安全可靠的抗精神病药,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study EEG changes of schizophrenic patients treated by risperidone. Methods EEG, BPRS were recorded in patients with diagnosis of schizophrenia before and after single using risperidone , chlorpromazine and clozpine , then recruited for comparison , analysed the relationship of the decreased scores rate and EEG changes. Results The abnormal EEG in risperidone , chlorpromazine , cloapine was 36% , 56% , 80% . There were no association between dosage and clinical response (P > 0.05) . The EEG changes in risperidone was low abnormal , had slow a band , increased emanatory θ band. Conclusions The abnormal EEG was lesser serious in risperidone than chlorpromazine and clozapine . Risperidone was effective and safe , had useful value.更多还原
