【摘要】 目的　对本研究室构建、表达的重组成骨生长肽 (rOGP)进行活性测定。方法　采用MTT分析法 ,PBS为阴性对照 ,骨宁注射液为阳性对照。结果　rOGP、骨宁注射液组OD550 值均明显高于PBS阴性对照组 ;rOGP组OD550 值又明显高于骨宁注射液组。结论　重组OGP具有促进成纤维细胞增殖活性 ,且效果明显优于目前临床常规药物骨宁注射液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assay recombinant OGP’s mitogenic activity.Methods MTT analysis method was adopted.Results The OD550 values of rOGP and GuNing parenteral solution group were higher than that of PBS negative group ; the OD550 values of rOGP group were higher than that of GuNing parenteral solution group.Conclusions The results showed that rOGP had considerable stimulatory effect on the replication of NIH/3T3 cells and its effect was notably better than GuNing parenteral solution- a routine clinical medicine.更多还原
