【摘要】 目的:研究糖尿病(DM)患者外周循环血中单核细胞(MONO)与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法:根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将120例DM患者分为两组:DM组(UAER<30mg/d)和DN组(UAER>30mg/d),分别测定两组患者外周血白细胞(WBC)总数,中性粒细胞(NEU)、淋巴细胞(LYM)和单核细胞(MONO)的绝对数及百分比,其中UAER用放射免疫法测定,外周血细胞用全自动血细胞分析仪测定。结果:DN组患者外周血MONO的绝对数及百分比均显著高于DM组患者(P<0.001);而WBC总数,NEU和LYM的绝对数及百分比两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:DM患者外周循环血中MONO的绝对数及百分比的增高与DN的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relationship between peripheral circulating blood monocyte (MONO) in diabetes mellitus (DM) and diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 120 DM patients were divided into 2groups according to urinary albumin excretion (UAER); DM group (UAER<30mg/d) and DN group (UAER >0mg/d). UAER was analyxed by radioimmunoassay. The total number of peripheral blood cells (WBC), absolute number ansd percent of neutrophilic granulocytes (NEU), lymphocytes (LYM) and monocytes (MONO) were analyxed by fully automatic blood cell analyxer. Results The absolute number arid percent of MONO in DN group patients were significantly higher than ghat in DM group patinets (P<0.001). But the total number of WBC, absolute number and percent of NEU and LYM were not different between the two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: The increasing of absolute number and percent of MONO in peripheral circulating blood in DM patients attributed to genesis and progression of DN.更多还原
