【摘要】 目的 :探讨大肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术的可行性。方法 :回顾 1989年以来 72例大肠癌并急性肠梗阻的患者诊断、手术时机、手术方式、术中灌洗等临床资料。结果 :Ⅰ期切除吻合 5 2例 ,切口裂开及切口感染各 2例 ,并发肺部感染 1例 ,2例术后 2d内死于中毒性休克、循环衰竭。结论 :Ⅰ期切除吻合术在急性梗阻性大肠癌中的应用是可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of imidate operation for colorectal carcinoma with acute ileus.Methods Collectrng the clinical data of 72 cases of colorectal carcinoma with acute ileus and araly sising their diagonses and surgical cares about opportunities,methods,and coloclysis,and so on,retrospeetively.Results 52 cases adopted immediate removal and anastomosis,2 cases of incisions cracked,2 cases of incisions,1 case of secondary infectious pneumonia occured,and 2 cases died of the following occurence of sepsis shock with circulation failure withill two days after operation.Conclusion It’s possible that immediate operation should be adopted in curing colorectal carcinoma with acute ileus.更多还原
