【摘要】 目的 :观察紫草等中药油膏治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法 :将 71例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度急性放射性皮肤损伤患者随机分为 2个对照组 ,4 2例Ⅲ度分为治疗组 2 2例 ,对照组 2 0例 ;2 9例Ⅳ度分为治疗组 16例 ,对照组 13例。结果 :紫草等中药油膏组和庆大霉素 +康复新组创面愈合时间 :Ⅲ度分别为 (7 0 5± 1 36 )d和 (16 75± 2 0 8)d ;Ⅳ度分别为 (16 6 9± 3 11)d和 (32 92± 4 39)d ,两组差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :紫草等中药油膏组疗效明显优于庆大霉素 +康复新组 ,表明紫草等中药治疗急性放射性损伤有明显效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the ointment of Chinese traditional medicine(mainly lithospermum erythrorhizon) treated the acute and radioactivity skin trauma.Methods There were 71 patients which were divided into two groups randomly (treatment group and contrast groups)in the tria l 42 cases of Ⅲ degree were divided into treatment group 22 cases and contrast group 20 cases,respectively.29 cases of Ⅳ degree were divided into treatment group 16 cases and contrast group 13 cases,respectively.Results The cure time of the acute and radioactivity skin trauma were 7 05±1 36 days and 16 75±2 08 days in the patients of Ⅲ degree and 16 69±3 11 days and 32 92±4 39 days in Ⅳ degree patients respectively.There was significant difference between treatment group and contrast group( P <0 01).Conclusions The effects of the ointment of Chinese traditional medicine treated the acute and radioactivity skin trauma were better than that in contrast groups.更多还原
