应用紫烷素行乳腺癌围手术期化疗临床观察
The Clinical Observation of Taxol in Breast Cancer Perioperration Chemitherapy
【摘要】 对 30例乳腺癌围手术期化疗的病例分别应用CMF(环磷酰胺、氨甲喋呤、喃氟啶 )方案、单药紫烷素方案化疗。对两组病例进行疗效及毒副反应对照分析 ,结果应用紫烷素较之传统的CMF化疗方案 ,明显降低了骨髓抑制的发生率 ,提高了治疗的连续性 ,对乳腺癌转移及复发有明显的治疗作用。
