【摘要】 彩色多普勒超声是目前肝癌治疗前后最好的影像检查方法。综述了超声引导下肝癌治疗研究现状 ,着重介绍了射频消融、选择性门静脉联合肝动脉栓塞化疗、高强度聚焦超声、微波凝固、肝动脉分支穿刺栓塞化疗、经皮瘤内注射药物及深部冷冻方面的进展 ,以及彩色多普勒超声对治疗效果的监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Color Doppler Ultrasound (CDU) is the best imaging method before and after hepatic carcinoma treatment.This paper reviews the current research stituation of transcathetor therapy guided by ultrasound including radio frequency,selective portal vein embolization and transhepatic arterical embolization,high intensity focused ultrasound,microwave coagulation,transcutaneous hepatic arterioles puncture and embolitic chemotherapy,percutaneous injection of drugs and deep cryosurgery.The effective detect of follow up treatment by CDU is also discussed.更多还原
