【摘要】 目的 :探讨武威市食管癌发病特征及其流行趋势。方法 :通过建立恶性肿瘤登记报告获取食管癌发病资料。结果 :武威市食管癌发病率 ,1991～ 1995年为 2 6 2 4 / 10万 ,1996～ 2 0 0 0年为 2 9 2 3/ 10万 ,后期高于前期 ,年龄组发病率前后两期均随年龄的增高而上升。 6 0岁以前各组前期高于后期 ,6 0岁及以上各组后期明显高于前期。结论 :武威市食管癌发病呈上升趋势 ,但从年龄组发病率分析 ,今后10～ 2 0年将会呈现下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feature and current trend of esophagual cancer incidence.Methods Reweave materials of incidence by established cancer’s register reports.Results lncidence rate of esophagal cancer is 26 24/100 000 in 1991-1995 and it is 29 93/100 000 in 1996-2000.The former stage’s is lower than late stage’s.The age accidence rate in two stage both increase as the age become old in the every team below 60;The formers is higher than latter’s,and above 60 The formers is lower than latter’s.Conclusions Lncidence rate of esophagus cancer treads to increase in Wuwei city and lt trends toreduce in ten to twenty years in view of ageaccidence rate.更多还原
