超临界汽轮机调节级喷嘴固粒冲蚀特性的预测与抗冲蚀方法

【摘要】 采用数值方法计算了超临界汽轮机调节级喷嘴内的固体颗粒运动特性,根据固体颗粒撞击叶片的位置、速度与撞击角以及材料的抗冲蚀性能综合分析了喷嘴的冲蚀机理与冲蚀特性,并阐明了利用气动设计方法和表面强化手段降低冲蚀的基本原理。
【Abstract】 The motion behavior of solid particles in the nozzle passage of a governing stage of a supercritical steam turbine is numerically analysed. According to the impact position, velocity, angle and the antierosion performance of the material the erosion mechanism and erosion characteristics are analysed, furthermore, the aerodynamic measures and surface strengthening measures for reducing erosion are discussed.
