【摘要】 目的 :研究产科护理工作的发展方向。方法 :将 74 0例住院产妇随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组母婴在住院期间实施整体化护理 ,对照组仅实施基础护理 ,出院后第 7天让产妇及家属所熟识的专业护士到家中访视 ,调查母婴的健康状况 ,而后将在住院期间接受整体化护理的实验组随机分A、B两组 ,定期随访 ,A组接受整体化护理指导 ,B组仅接受基础护理指导。第 30天调查两组母婴健康状况。结果 :出院第 7天 ,实验组和对照组母婴健康状况有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。第 30天的调查结果显示 :A、B两组母婴健康状况仍有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :开展以母婴健康为目的的“以家庭为中心的产科护理工作”将是产科护理今后的工作重点[1] 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate for the development tendency in obstetric nursing Method:740 cases were randomly divided into experiment group and control group In experiment group,mothers and their infants received holistic nursing in hospital as well as in families;In control group,they only received basic nurs~ing Result:At the 7th day after discharged from hospital there are significant differences in mothers and their infants helth condition between two groups(P<0 05,P<0 01);At 30th day after discharged,there are still differences(P<0 05,P<0 01) Conclusion:Its the crux in obstetric nursing that spread nursing centered on family for health of mother and infants更多还原
