【摘要】 目的 :总结电视胸腔镜 (VATS)手术治疗胸部疾病的护理经验。方法 :运用护理程序对VATS手术治疗的 5 3例患者进行系统护理 ,术前加强心理护理 ,指导肺功能锻炼 ,术后严密监测生命体征 ,加强呼吸道管理及保持引流管通畅 ,促进肺复张 ,预防并发症 ;康复期指导患者进行有效的肺功能及肢体锻炼。结果 :5 3例患者手术顺利 ,无严重并发症发生 ,均康复出院。结论 :电视胸腔镜手术具有创伤轻 ,康复迅速 ,并发症少等优点 ,是对传统胸外科手术的补充及发展 ,配合有效的护理 ,可保证手术达到如期目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To draw up experiences from nursing about treatment of thoracic disease through VATS.Method:53 cases receive VATS treatment.Before operation,psychological nursing and pulmonary functional exercises were provided; after operation,vital signs should be supervised,respiratory tract should be managed.Complications prevented;During convalescence period,we have conducted patients for pulmonary functional exercises and extremities exercises.Result:53 cases all went through operation successfully without any complications.Conclusion:VATS has following advantages:minimal invasion,rapid convalescence,less complications,can enrich traditional surgical treatment method.Related nursing can ensure its success.更多还原
