【摘要】 目的 :观察社区护理干预对脊髓损伤性截瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法 :以截瘫患者 2 9例为康复组 ,在出院后 3个月内进行社区干预 ,指导截瘫患者功能训练及家庭成员掌握康复技术。随机抽查未行社区护理干预的截瘫 2 0例为对照组。结果 :在社区康复护理干预下截瘫患者适应家庭和社会的能力及肢体的恢复均优于对照组。结论 :积极推行社区护理干预 ,提高了截瘫患者的生活质量 ,减少了并发症更多还原
