【摘要】 目的 :探讨减少乙型肝炎患者不良心理的方法。方法 :随机将 10 2例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为 2组 ,对照组 5 0例采用常规护理方法 ,实验组 5 2例除常规护理外 ,针对患者不同的心理压力进行心理护理。结果 :实验组患者出院时有心理压力者较对照组显著减少 ,对乙型肝炎防治知识的了解实验组亦比对照组多。结论 :有效的心理护理和乙型肝炎防治知识的宣教 ,可减少患者的心理压力 ,促进康复更多还原
