【摘要】 目的 :探讨综合护理对新生儿硬肿症患儿的影响。方法 :将 6 0例无并发症的患儿 ,随机分为观察组和对照组各 30例 ,对照组常规护理 ,包括复温、喂养、预防感染等 ;观察除接受常规护理外 ,还采取综合护理措施 ,包括供氧、给予刺激、协助建立亲子关系。两组治疗方法相同。结果 :观察组治愈2 7例 ,死亡 3例 ;对照组治愈 2 3例 ,死亡 7例。两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。两组患儿入院第 2、 4、 6、 8、 10天、 2、 3、 4周治愈例数差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :综合护理能显著缩短新生儿硬肿症患儿的治愈时间更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate for effect on newborn scleromatosis by general nursing Method:60 cases have been divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) Observation group receive oxygen inhalation,stimulation,foundation of offspring parent relationship besides recovery of temperature,feeding prevention of infection Result:In observation group,27 healed,3 died;In control group,23 healed,7 died;(P>0 05);compared by 2,4,6,8,10days,2,3,4 weeks(P<0 05) Conclusion:General nursing can shorten healing time of newborn scleromatosis更多还原
