【摘要】 目的 :根据四肢浅静脉输液的现实难度与输液次数的相关性 ,探讨头皮针输液的“安全次数”、“临界次数、“极限次数”。方法 :(1)以患慢性病长期住院的老年患者为观察对象。对自愿者进行浅静脉活检 ;(2 )根据研究方案 ,规范调查内容、统一判断标准、逐例观察填表。结果 :观察 10 0 0例 ,活检16例。输液次数 <10 0次 32 7例 ,对再输液无影响 10 0 % ;输液 10 1～ 5 0 0次 378例 ,5 0 1～ 10 0 0次 2 6 3例 ,两者合计 6 41例 ,对再输液造成困难、很困难及不能者为 42 4% ;输液次数 >10 0 0次 32例 ,对再输液造成困难、很困难及不能者为 10 0 %。结论 :以再输液难度而论 ,头皮针输液的“安全次数” <10 0次 ,“临界次数”约 5 0 0次 ,“极限次数”约 10 0 0次更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore "safty times","critical times"and "limiting times"of intravenous infusion with winged needle sets according to the relation between the difficulty of intravenous infusion and the previous infusion times Method:(1)Observe the aged in hospital who were suffering from chronic discase and examine a biopsy of the rolunteers vein (2)standardize the content of the research and unify the judging standard Fill the table one by one according to the observation Result:There were 1 000 cases observed,16 of them took the biopsy 327 cases were taken intravenous with winged needle sets for less than 100 times 100% of them took no influence on present infusion 378 cases took infusion for 101 ～500 times,and 263 cases took 501～ 1 000 times The total of the two groups in 641,42 4% of them was caused to be difficult,very difficult or impossible to take infusion again There 32 cases took infusion for more than 1 000 times 100% of them was caused to be difficult,very difficult or impossible to take infusion again The morphologic characters of the vein were observed Conclusion:The "safy times" of intravenous infusion with winged needle sets is <100 times,the "critical times"is about 500 times,the "limiting times"is about 1 000 times based on the difficulty of intravenous infusion again更多还原
