【摘要】 目的　探讨胎儿脐带绕颈经阴道分娩的可行性。方法　应用彩色多普勒血流显像仪、胎心监护仪对2 0 0 0年 1～ 6月份我院 10 8例胎儿脐带绕颈的孕妇的产程进行动态观察 ,产后行新生儿评分、脐动脉血血气分析并测定有效脐带长度 ;选择同期因脐带绕颈择期行剖宫产的 6 0例孕妇作对照。结果　孕妇自然分娩率为 84 2 6 % ,阴道手术助产率为 9 2 6 % ,剖宫产率为 6 48%。两组新生儿评分、血气分析各值比较 ,差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论胎儿脐带绕颈的孕妇可在联合监护下自然分娩 ,经阴道分娩率可达 93 5 2 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the feasibility study of vaginal delivery of foetus with code around neck.Methods The labor of 108 pregnant women with fetal code around neck in our hospital from Jan.to Jun.in 2000 were observed by using the color Doppler flow imaging instrument and embryocardia monitor.After labor,Apgar score was undertaken and umbilical artery blood gases were analyzed,the effective length of umbilical code was measured.During the same period we compared those 108 cases with 60 cases who chose cesarean.Results The rate of natural delivery was 84.26%,the rate of vagino-operation for delivery was 9.26%,and that of cesarean section 6.48%.Comparing the numbers of the Apgar score and umbilical artery blood gases between two groups,there is no significant difference.Conclusion The pregnant women with fetal code around neck should try to deliver naturally under the united monitoring.And the rate of vaginal delivery can come to 93.52%.更多还原
