【摘要】 目的　了解高脂血症患者基本知识、态度以及治疗行为 ,为完善患者健康教育内容提供依据。方法　组织高脂血症患者俱乐部 ,对俱乐部的成员采用问卷调查。结果　 84 8%的患者知道高胆固醇血症可导致冠心病。6 9 7%的患者不知道血脂的正常标准 ,75 8%的患者不知道血脂的监测时间 ,83 4%的患者不知道降脂药的主要副作用。 2 8 7%的患者采取了控制饮食、适量运动及规律服药 ,没有采取任何措施者占 10 6 % ,不服药或不规律服药者占5 9 1% ,不规律服药的主要原因是药物费用太高。基本符合饮食控制建议者占 37 8%。结论　健康教育应具体而深入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the basic knowledge about hyperlipoidemia,attitude and treatment behavior of hyperlipoidemia patients for the purpose of patients′ health education.Methods A club of Hyperlipoidemia patients was established and parts of members in it were questioned through telephone.Results 84 8% of patients knew that hypercholesterolemia could result in CHD.69 7% of patients did not know the normal level,75 8% of patients did not know the interval of measurement,83 4% of patients did not know the main side- effects of medicine.28 7% of patients controlled diet,did exercises,regularly took medicine,10 6% of patients took no treatment behavior.59 1% of patients did not take or irregular take medicine,the main reason was the medicine is expensive.37 8% of patients got the standard of diet.Conclusion Health education for the patients should be concrete and advanced.更多还原
