【摘要】 目的　本文报告应用不同方法对 80例疑为囊虫病的患者的检测结果。方法　用PVC -Dot-ELISA和IHA检测。结果　在不同民族阳性血清中汉族人群血清阳性率最高为81 .8% ,其他民族血清阳性率次之为 1 .82 % ;在不同职业人群中农民的血清阳性率最高为 6 0 .0 0 % ,其他职业的血清阳性率次之为 45 .1 6 % ,学生的血清阳性率为 2 4 .1 4%。这两种血清学方法的阳性符合率为 1 0 0 %。结论　显示这两种血清学方法的敏感性相似 ,对猪囊虫病的诊断具有较高的敏感性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper deals with the results on cysticercosis disease which had been detected in 80 suspected cases by different methods.Methods By means of PVC-DOT-ELISA and IHA.Results The Han’s seropositive rate was the highest in different nationalities (81.8%),other nationalities were 1.82%; the peasant’s seropositive rate was the highest in different occupations(60.00%),other occupations were 45.16%.The students were 24.14%.Conclusion The two different serological methods showed same sensitivity and completely accorded with the result(100%).These methods may have important value in diagnosis of cysticercosis.更多还原
