含凹坑缺陷压力管道的塑性极限分析
Plastic limit analysis of pipelines with part-through slots
【摘要】 基于净截面破坏 (NSC)准则 ,建立了在轴向拉力、内压、弯矩和扭矩复杂载荷联合作用下含椭球型凹坑压力管道的力学分析模型 ,根据 von Mises屈服准则得到了管道在塑性破坏状态下极限载荷的解析表达式 ,并推广到含任意形状凹坑缺陷管道的极限载荷预测。将上述结果同有关的有限元数值结果进行了比较 ,从结果的比较可以看出当凹坑缺陷尺寸相对较小时 ,NSC方法可以得到较为准确的极限载荷结果 ,因而不失为一种简便、有效的工程评定方法
【Abstract】 Theoretical methods for the limit analysis of structures with multiple loadings were applied to the safety assessment of pipelines with part through slots. An analytical model was developed for the plastic limit load for defective pipelines with the combined action of an axial force, a bending moment, torsion and internal pressure. The net section collapse (NSC) and von Mises yield criteria were used to obtain the general limit load equations for pipelines. The analytical solutions using the NSC criterion are in good agreement with the numerical solutions when the defect is relatively small.
