热处理对锆合金钝化电流密度的影响
Effects of heat treatment on the passive current density of zircaloy-4
【摘要】 为了对重要的反应堆材料锆合金耐腐蚀性能进行评价 ,测量了不同热处理条件下 Zr- 4合金电化学动力学曲线 ,以研究退火温度、时间 ,以及淬火过程的冷却速度等对锆合金钝化电流密度的影响。实验结果表明 :淬火样品的钝化电流密度小于未淬火样品的电流密度 ;随着退火温度的升高或退火时间的增长 ,钝化电流密度增大 ;淬火过程中冷却速度越快 ,钝化电流密度越小。因此 ,适当地控制热处理影响因素 ,对于降低钝化电流密度、改善锆合金的抗腐蚀性能 ,有着十分重要的意义
【Abstract】 The corrosion resistance of zircaloy 4, an important nuclear material used in nuclear reactors, was investigated by measuring the electrochemical curves of low Sn zircaloy 4 alloy treated with various heat treatment processes. The tests analyzed the effects of annealing temperature, time and quenching cooling rate on the passive current density. The experimental results show that 1) the quenched samples had lower passive current densities than the unquenched samples; 2) the passive current density in the α phase decreased with increasing annealing temperature; 3) the passive current density increased with increased annealing time. Therefore, proper control of the heat treatment factors plays an important role in reducing the passive current intensity and improving the corrosion resistance of the zircaloy 4 alloy.
