【摘要】 1999年9月加拿大铝业公司收购了大韩线缆公司荣州轧制厂,组建成加铝-大韩铝业公司（ATA）,加拿大铝业公司占66％股份,2000年,ATA公司收购了现代集团的韩国铝业公司蔚山轧制厂。从此,ATA公司拥有荣州轧制厂与蔚山轧制厂及一个研究中心。目前,ATA公司热轧板带生产能力500kt/a,冷轧带材生产能力300kt/a,荣州轧制厂将增建2台大型冷轧机,到2005年公司冷轧带材的生产能力将增加到500kt/a,成为世界上最大的铝板带轧制厂之一。荣州轧制厂有1条（1+3）式2438mm热连轧生产线、1条1676mm双机架冷轧机生产线、1台2235mm4辊不可逆式冷轧机。蔚山轧制厂有1台2800mm单机架4辊可逆式双卷取热轧机,2台2250mm4辊不可逆式冷轧机。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outline of ATA-Alcan Taihan Aluminium Limited Company was introduced. Headquartered in Seouil, ATA was established in September 1999 as a joint venture between Alcan and TEC and Alcan with a 66 percent ownership share in ATA.
